Goddess in the Boardroom is a new map of leadership

The vision of this program is to re-educate and challenge women to be women. To build confidence in their strengths and participate more fully in the most senior leadership roles and in doing so, create diversity and shape the future of business.

Through our tailor made program, the aim is to shift more female leaders, with innate and proven leadership qualities, into more senior leadership roles. Through our specific content, we will guide a group of female executives on a journey to find the Goddess leader within and in doing so, reach new career highs and life goals.
